Ticket requests are open to fan club members with an active season membership. Every ticket is personalized and limited to one per person. The deadlines below are not final and can still change, so keep an eye on them.

Important to Know

  • First confirmation We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your request reaches us.
  • Limited tickets We can't guarantee tickets for every match, but so far every request we've submitted has been successful. The hardest tickets to get are home matches against Bayern Munich and Gelsenkirchen, as well as top away matches.
  • How seats are allocated Borussia Dortmund allocates all tickets. We can request standing or seated tickets and pass on your preferred category, but it doesn't always work out — the club assigns the exact seats at random. Fan club tickets are usually in the upper tiers of the South Corner, East Stand, or West Stand (see the seating map). Everyone who applies through the fan club is seated in the same row.
  • Ticket prices Standing: €18.50 · Category 6: €35 · Category 5: €50
  • Ticket confirmation and payment Ticket confirmation usually happens 2–3 days before the Member Pre-Sale begins — the dates are listed on the official BVB pre-sale schedule. Once your ticket is confirmed, we'll email you with the payment instructions.
